Kawa Moka ships within Ghana and the United States of America. We roast and ship multiple times per month depending on demand. Then it enters the hands of the carrier company. We are aiming to add more countries and locations in the near future.
If you type your address incorrectly, and we haven't shipped your product yet, please contact us at shop@kawamoka.com
If you type your address incorrectly, and we've already shipped your product, then you are responsible for retrieving this product or contacting the carrier system directly to re-route the package.
If your package says delivered through the online tracking information, please thoroughly check your address, ask neighbours, and contact the carrier service directly to file a claim.
Kawa Moka will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving discounted shipping. These promotions can change without notice.
